Exhibition – Life in the Pandemic 2022

The pandemic and the lockdowns that were imposed almost everywhere around the world were a totally new reality people had to face and learn to live with. For many people this situation caused negative feelings of fear, anger and frustration. Photographers decided to release all of them by taking photographs and trying to come to terms with the new conditions. The photographs created during this time, apart from letting us know about the artists’ feelings, serve as a means of communication as well. Many of us watching these photos realize that the feelings of the artists the moment they took the photograph were similar to ours. This exhibition helps us realize that what we have experienced during all this time is totally natural and there have been other people who shared the same feelings with us.
