Durga Garcia is an internationally acknowledged working professional portrait photographer, recognized for her commissioned portraits and fine art images in natural, organic, muted color tones.
«”Time Tells” is a figural studio series, where I focused on the theme of human resiliency. Each figure is presented in a desperate, physically bound position. Fresh foliage represents their ambition, hope, and, ultimately personal freedom. My intention is to create images with unexpected details that invite the viewer in to discover the subtle nuances that hopefully will provoke a self reflection.»
